Your Role
The Maintenance Technician 3 is responsible for supporting the site, supervisor, and leadership team in timely execution of preventive maintenance, proactive and reactive workorders, creating documentation records in physical and virtual forms. This role expects you to independently work in a safe manner to documented quality requirements, to ensure continuity and safe working of the site operations. Job duties include:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plant production equipment, facilities, and mechanical systems, including carpentry, plumbing, welding, and basic electrical work.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain required logs, records, and documentation following GDP and ISO procedures.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA, PSM, RCRA, and Title V standards, completing necessary permits per site policies.
- Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and general housekeeping practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Participate in process improvement, safety, quality, and 5S initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Attend required meetings, training, and in-services; seek supervisor guidance as needed to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Work a schedule of four ten-hour shifts with rotating on-call duties and perform other assigned tasks as required.
Physical Attributes
- Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of experience working in industrial mechanical fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC Tradesman certification/experience.
Pay Range for this position: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
