Your Role:
The Manufacturing Operator performs a variety of equipment operating and adjusting duties such as assembling, mixing, cleaning, bonding, inspecting, testing, labeling, packaging, etc. to fabricate and process products to meet high quality specifications following prescribed procedures. Working from verbal and written instructions, they may use a variety of equipment including hot air guns, scales, bonders, fillers, simple test equipment and other related supplies. The Operator may use measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specified tolerance disassembles precision assemblies and corrects malfunctions. They will also make accept/reject decisions, taking corrective action where possible. Assignments are moderately complex, where judgment is required in solving problems and making recommendations.

- Works under general supervision, with some instruction given for routine work and detailed instructions for new types of work or special projects
- Requires basic knowledge of how the team is organized and how own tasks relate to the others in the team/ unit
- Impacts team performance through reliability and accuracy of own work
- Daily activities include reading, following and understanding operating procedures in English
Physical Attributes:
- Standing/reaching/bending/twisting/being able to lift 35 lbs.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with math and counting to large numbers without error
- Willingness to learn multiple production operations and adjust quickly to new tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to report production information
- Ability to work a full shift at a designated operation within the assigned manufacturing area
- Computer related skills to perform data entry and print reports
Pay Range for this position: $17-$26/hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
