Manufacturing Supervisor - C Shift

Your Role:

In this role you will oversee the picking, kitting and boxing processes. Your team consists of 15-20 employees. In this role you are responsible for driving team safety, quality, engagement, and productivity metrics to achieve site goals.

C Shift: Monday – Thursday 10 pm - 6:30 am

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • Previous manufacturing, QC, logistics or Cleanroom experience.
  • ERP experience.
  • Experience with warehouse and cycle counts.
  • Lean Six Sigma training.
  • Experience with GMP/GDP and ISO standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
