Your Role:

  • In this role you will be delivering training to new and existing production operators in all aspects of mobius product processing. This includes but is not limited to training to new or revised standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other documents, delivering training presentations using current materials, and conducting process evaluations to check the effectiveness of training.
  • The master trainer is also responsible for maintaining records of all training documents and updates, including paper records and documentation of all training in the electronic learning management system.
  • In this role you will also monitor training needs to ensure operators on shift are compliant to training requirements.
  • In an ongoing effort of continuous improvement of training procedures and materials, providing input where necessary to develop and review training plans and curricula will be expected. SOPs should be reviewed and input for revisions provided on a consistent basis.
  • C Shift: Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6am.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1+ years of experience working within a GMP manufacturing facility. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with training in a GMP environment.
  • Experience reviewing and editing SOPs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
