Your role:


You lead a global team of customer relations managers serving our strategic accounts as quality partners. Your team delivers Quality Services, adopting a consultative approach to understand customer needs, explain our quality systems capabilities and communicate that commitment. You implement standards to ensure customer satisfaction for quality and regulatory matters for the whole Life Science portfolio. Within that you implement policies, procedures and methods to provide quality and regulatory product and service information and continuously improve the same. You work with Commercial Business partners to develop sustainable relationships with key customers and acts as escalation point to resolve, report and improve quality performance. You align with strategic Marketing / Sales leads on support of strategic customers including attending customer’s Quality Business Reviews, or take the lead on quality discussions at customer QRB’s. By interacting with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other Quality teams you ensure inquiries are moving forward. You contribute / lead internal facing relevant development, training, education courses.


You are:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field  
  • Demonstrate expertise in project management
  • In-depth understanding relevant regulatory guidelines (i.e., GMP) as it relates to the Pharma, BioPharma, IVD, Medical Devices, Food, Research Markets, etc. 
  • Apply advanced analytical thought and judgment to direct the resolution of highly complex business problems
  • Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and quality performance
  • Willing to travel internationally up to 30%
