Compliance Officer for Global Functions (all genders)

Your Role:  An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as Compliance Officer (all genders) for Global Functions in the Healthcare Compliance team, based in Darmstadt. In close collaboration with the colleagues in our global and regional teams, you will support the design, implementation and maintenance of a structured state of the art Compliance Program for several global core functions located mainly, but not only at headquarters in Germany and in Switzerland. You will be in charge of global and regional matters with a focus on healthcare, but also cross-sectoral and group function related questions. You will provide high-quality compliance counseling as primary point of contact for the global functions in your responsibility, both in their day-to-day activities and projects, including supporting Compliance tools for transactional review. As part of your core tasks, you will design, develop, coordinate and conduct educational and training programs in your area of responsibility and perform frequent internal monitoring and risk assessments as well as develop and implement applicable mitigation actions. You will also assist in the identification and analysis of the impact to Compliance of relevant worldwide trends, laws and regulations.


Who you are: 

  • Graduate degree in law and bar exam preferred, or other qualifying academic background
  • At least four years of international Compliance experience in the healthcare sector
  • Ability to interact with senior management in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated integrity within previous work, flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
  • Business-fluent in English and German
