Intern (m\/f) Healthcare New Businesses


Your role:

The position targets graduates with a strong interest in business, science and a future career path within the Pharma/Biotech industry. For a period of 6-12 months the intern will support senior leaders of the entity for operational as well as deal generation activities for selected assets. In addition, he/she will have the opportunity to work directly on the partnering activities related to the ramp-up of the new development model for the first successfully partnered asset. The intern will receive active mentoring and coaching, liaising with the senior management team of the entity. During the internship the successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply for full employment within the Healthcare division with the additional advantage to know the organization from the inside-out.

 

Who you are:

Minimum educational requirement is a Master degree (PhD is a plus), either:

  • Degree(s) in science or engineering and a secondary qualification in business (e.g. through business degrees or classes, participation in extra-curricular activities, and/or internships experience) or vice versa
  • Business-related degree with a distinct focus on Biotechnology / Strategy & Business Development

     

    Additional qualifications:

  • Outstanding academic achievements
  • Ideally two interesting consulting or industry-related internships & international experience
  • Strong analytical skills, profound knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in English
