Your role:

As part of the Innovation HR Talent team you help to drive strategic projects and initiatives in this area. This will include helping to gather insights into the effectiveness of Talent and Recruiting Programs and Processes, help to prepare management updates and proposals for senior management and administrative project support. On top you help preparing communication materials. This will include the design of online and offline materials.

 

Who you are:

  • Student of Psychology, Social Sciences, Economics, IT or similar
  • At least in 2nd year of your Bachelor studies and fulltime available
  • Fast learner with an open mindset
  • Future oriented and pro-active working style
  • Fluent in German and English and proficient in MS Office
