Internship - Human Resources Talent Development

 

Your role:

As part of our global Talent, Development & Recruiting Consultancy team you will learn about implementing a global talent strategy. You will strongly be involved in project management and organizational tasks. This means that you will especially support our Graduate Development Program (GoGlobal), and support to manage the program life cycle for all participants (onboarding, performance, rotation assignments, development, etc.). You will interact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders and assist with best practice identification and implementing effective action plans.

 

Who you are:

  • You study Business Administrations or (Organizational-)Psychology with a focus on Human Resources
  • You completed your Bachelor or at least the first half of your Bachelor studies
  • You are a self-starter who is flexible, highly motivated, engaged, self-organized
  • You possess strong communication skills and good English and German language skills
  • You are comfortable to work independently and to contribute your ideas

     

    Duration: 6 - 9 months, starting in May 2018
