Legal Counsel & Senior Project Manager Data Privacy (all genders)

Your Role: As a Senior Data Privacy Project Manager and Senior Expert/Legal Counsel, you will be in the center of exciting and significant projects happening in our global Data Privacy function. You will support the DP transformation, coordination and tracking of these projects and initiatives and have the chance to work with many international stakeholders across the globe. This task also includes diverse communication and change management plans for our Data Privacy Awareness and Culture. As a subject matter expert, you will work effectively in a matrix environment of a global diverse Compliance and Data Privacy team and will use best practices and business expertise. In addition, you act and support as senior expert within the Data Privacy Center of Expertise team diverse topics and processes like developing and maintaining legal templates, our policies and standards and other documents. New court decisions as well as authorities’ decisions will be analyzed and results from these resources will be considered for continuous improvement of our governance system. 


Who you are:
•    Graduate degree in law (or equivalent)
•    At least 8 to 10+ years of working experience as well as min. 3 to 5 years in data privacy management systems or the implementation of such solution as privacy consultant
•    Very good knowledge of European data privacy (GDPR)
•    Excellent project management skills
•    Ability to interact with stakeholders from all functions and on different management levels
•    Business-fluent English skills, German skills preferred
