Compliance Project Manager (all genders)

Your Role: As a Compliance Project Manager, you will manage global compliance projects and initiatives with interdisciplinary topics both within the Global Healthcare Compliance team and the Compliance Center of Excellence (CoE). Your tasks will include securing required resources and using formal processes and tools to manage milestones, resources, budgets, risks and changes. You will be in charge of ensuring on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. In managing these projects, you will be required to prioritize and coordinate with different Project Experts and Compliance Officers across the business sectors and worldwide. You will also assist and support as required in relevant senior leaders’ presentations that require attention to detail, compelling visualization and consistent content with the Global Compliance Program strategy and initiatives. As a subject matter expert, you will work effectively in a matrix environment and will use best practices and business expertise to improve projects. You will train other colleagues in certain project methodologies to facilitate a similar approach within the global organization. Applying advanced analytical skills and in-depth knowledge, you will prepare basis for decision-making and will ensure the appropriate conduction of projects concerning quality.


Who you are:

  • Graduate degree (or equivalent) in economics, Master is a plus
  • Senior knowledge and minimum 3 years’ experience in project management
  • Experience with data analytics, data integration and end-to-end process design
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to learn quickly
  • Profound customer-orientation
  • Openness for fresh ideas and new perspectives to be gathered from working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Willingness to set yourself challenging goals
  • Good understanding of the Healthcare sector is a plus
