Your role:

In your role as scientist in Healthcare Analytics you will support and coordinate analytical studies that are carried out mainly within the context of pharmaceutical R&D. You will have hands-on lab-based activities including the design and conduction of analytical studies together with the set-up, optimization and validation of new methods. In addition, you will translate and interpret your results, compile and present data and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams. A focus of your role will be technology scouting, establishing collaborations with academia and contract research organizations as well as contributing to the scientific community. You will provide innovation to internal customers based on the state of the art in analytical science and pharmaceutical research.


Who you are:

  • PhD in analytical chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy or equivalent qualification with focus on mass spectrometry
  • Hands-on experience in the field of quantification of small and large molecules in complex (biological) sample matrices by using LC-MS/MS
  • Broad experience with sample preparation, chromatography and method development preferably in the field of pharmaceutical R&D
  • Experience with ELISA and PK-modeling is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Cooperative way of working in teams combined with a strong ability to innovate and push topics forward
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English is required (German or willingness to learn German is a plus)
