Senior GRA Outsourcing & Vendor Manager (all genders)

Your role:

Your role will be to support the GRA organization with developing resource flexibilization strategies and implementation of them (including various outsourcing and off-shoring strategies and tactics).

You will be responsible that GRA outsourcing activities are compliant and aligned with requirements from Corporate Legal, Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance and GRA business functions.

The role includes the conduct of RFI, RFP and vendor selection, negotiations with vendors in close collaboration with the business, procurement and finance/controlling, as well as management and review of contracts.

You will establish vendor management and oversight governance and measure their effectiveness and success. The responsibility includes establishing principles, processes and tools to manage and monitor vendors consistently to assure their performance, quality and budget meets expectations. As such, yu will be the main point of contact for GRA vendors and internal colleagues and lead and/or contribute actively to the vendor governance teams.

You will ensure timely communication, issue resolution and/ or escalation pathways and escalate according to escalation plans. You will also support lessons learned and apply to learn within GRA and specifically at GRA Outsourcing and Vendor Management. It will be your role to compile and coordinate GRA content to develop partnership manuals and training. Accordingly, you will ensure risks or issues are captured appropriately in contracts, processes and partnership manuals.

You will develop and champion continuous service and program improvements about regulatory flexibility, processes, quality and cost.

And you will support inspections, audits and follow-up on CAPA resolution at GRA vendors in collaboration with the applicable GRA and R&D functions.

You will ensure invoices meet contractual obligations, budget and deliverables.



Your profile: 

  • Professional experience in international regulatory affairs, drug development or life science environment, preferably from both: pharma and vendor companies
  • Strong project management experience

  • Budget and contract management experience
  • Strong analytical and result-driven capabilities combined with strategic thinking
