Your role:

As part of Global Biopharma Manufacturing's Program Management team, you will support the creation and the deployment of an integrated long range planning tool. The integrated long range planning tool will help GBM to improve its strategic planning to reach our business ambition on the mid/long term. 
Your role will be to support the creation of the digital tool and lead the deployment within all the impacted sites. You will also be responsible for the definition of the process, the governance, and the standardization in the execution. Finally, the recently developed ICB (Industrial Business Model) needs to be connected and integrated to this tool, covering the external partner’s demand.  
Long range planning being a critical step for the network you will have the opportunity to understand the entire decision chain and how business results are impacted by this process. Using this new long-range planning tool you will have a direct impact on GBM strategy by making concrete proposals. You will have the opportunity to work with global and local diverse team (Supply chain, Strategy, CMC, IT, E&T) providing you a good understanding of the entire GBM Network.

Who you are:

  • Master’s degree in natural science, engineering, or business
  • Secondary qualification (e.g.through degrees or classes, participation in extra-curricular activities, and/or internships experience) complementing the above degree
  • Outstanding academic achievements
  • Ideally two demanding consulting or industry-related internships & international experience
  • Strong analytical skills, excitement for complex and ambiguous work, curiosity for our diverse business sectors and a broad range of topics
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility and to demonstrate results-oriented project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in English essential
  • Strong project management skills
