Working Student Global Regulatory Affairs Operation (m/w/d)

Your role:

As part of the Global Regulatory Affairs team you are working in the area of research and development and lifecycle management of medicinal products. You will support the Director, GRA Processes and Standards in her responsibility for maintenance and optimization of the GRA business process management landscape. Support her in standardization, development and optimization as well as support and measurement of high-quality compliance processes within GRA allowing for an agile and efficient organization. Supporting her in integration of all compliance-relevant regulatory activities within the company's Healthcare’s worldwide organization into global GRA systems and processes.

Amongst other tasks this will include management of review and documentation, modeling of processes, content update of intranet pages and creation of presentations.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor degree or pursuing a Master program in economics or comparable
  • You are proactive team player with an affinity to documentation and processes
  • You are a fast learner with organizational talent and good analytical skills
  • You can work independently, solve problems creatively and “think out of the box”
  • Good skills in MS Office (especially Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
