Your role:


We are looking for a working student that will support our ambitions to foster data-informed decision-making in communications. You will support a cross-functional team that is working on enhancing the usage of data in group communications and enabling the team to optimize their efforts based on data – 20 hours per week during your semester time. 
Data-savvy? Curious to identify patterns and trends in information? 
Do you embrace the beauty of turning numbers into insights? 
You will work with different data sources to create and maintain routine reports, as well as with KPIs and ultimately derive insights for Group Communications; this covers different types of media, such as our intranet, webpages, and Social Media accounts. We are looking for a communicative team player, who is eager to learn and brings a hands-on mentality. 


Who You are: 

•    Currently studying for your Bachelor’s with some experience (Working towards a Master’s degree is preferred)
•    Strong affinity for data & all things digital
•    Languages: fluent English, German would be a plus 
•    Previous experiences with web/Social Media analytics tools & media monitoring tools (such as Google Analytics, Sprinkler, and/or similar tools…) 
•    Profound knowledge of data visualization, and how to communicate data insights
