Talent Acquisition Assistant

Your Role:

  • Scheduling and arrangements of interviews: This involves coordinating interview scheduling with candidates and interviewers, creating calendars, sending interviews confirmation, monitoring the agenda of the interviews and interviews cancellations.
  • Background Checks: To assist the right execution of the background checks and  pre-employment medical exam processes. In Colombia, she coordinates the contact between candidates and vendors in order to request the Medical exams and the checking of the legal and criminal background of candidates. Additionally, supports the recruiter with the reference check process, requesting the contact details to the candidates.
  • Provides administrative assistance on purchase orders for CoE providers
  • Sourcing: assists in researching activities during the recruiting process, besides Linkedin, for other countries, a support with additional posting options in the region is needed.
  • Data bases with candidates information, talent mappings, job boards and universities.
  • Career Fairs and recruiting events: coordination with stakeholders and support in the logistic of the event.
  • Supports the preparation and verification of all documentation required by local HR for the hiring process of the new hire.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor of Psicology and Business Administration
  • English fluency is desired
