Center & Workforce Manager

Your role: We are looking for a talented Center & Workforce Manager to join our winning team!

As Center & Workforce Manager you will be responsible for supporting Wrocław Shared Service Center Head in all strategic, conceptual and operational topics as part of a global and cross-functional team within the Strategy Realization Office. As part of your responsibilities will be development of a center strategy as well as driving the center organizational agenda with the leadership team. You will be supporting consistent capacity management linked to workforce planning and managing local employer branding activities (e.g. job fairs, university programs) in line with internal and Global Communications. You will be managing Governance-related tasks, e.g. the provision of documents, organization of meetings as well as compliance to company Corporate Governance activities (e.g. Information Security, Data Privacy and Retention, BCP (Business Continuity Plan) / DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), EHS). You will be responsible for Steering and aligning facility related tasks (e.g. constructions, refurbishment, site services & security). Within your scope will be arbitration & escalation management: Providing center level arbitration and management of escalation processes.

 

Who you are:

  • Sound experience in leading and/or working with cross-functional teams in Shared Service Center environment
  • Deep understanding of employee engagement and employer branding levers
  • Solid track record in managing complex projects
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
  • Fluent in English
