Event Specialist

Your role:

As Event Specialist  you will join the Investor Relations Team which is the interface between our company and the capital market. Our growth story makes an informed, consistent and targeted communication with the capital market essential. You will be supporting our Investor Relations Team in planning, coordinating and arranging our capital markets events, like roadshows, our participation in investor conferences, partly with top management and/or for the Investor Relations Team, our annual capital market days as well as supporting our financial reporting processes. Furthermore, you will also independently manage our Investor Relations website, i.e. uploading new data, updating existing information and point of contact for additional IT service providers in this context. Additional tasks will include the information management and the administration of analyst reports and to act as back-up for the Investor Relations assistants in peak times.

Who you are:

  • University degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of event management experience / proven record of organizing and planning successful events
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with uploading data to website
  • Fluent English and good German  language skills are required 
  • Flexibility and willingness for business trips (regular stays in Darmstadt; initially for 4-6 weeks for onboarding and training)
  • Highly organized, able to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Self-initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
