Sr Software Program Lead - Connected Health (m/f)

Your role: Define and follow up a 3 to 5-year product roadmap in digital solution and expand to all customers, in line with Connected & Device Strategy (CHD) strategy. Define and deliver a set of strategic projects to ensure CHD and our customers success. This activity includes product definition, project planning and project team management. Be accountable for time to market, product fit and quality of the project. Be a key actor of CHD product portfolio and project management structure transformation. Shape our project management structure into a sustainable model, supporting increase of CHD scope to new franchises and further business opportunities. This includes end to end resource planning, optimized set of project teams and associated governance. Implementation of business review and systematic phase gate approach, project management tool improvement and training of the core team members. Lead the project core team, including members representing all functions in charge of the platform development. Coach each member of the project core team, including alignment of their functional objectives to the project objective, regular feedback on actual performance and enforcement of the function accountabilities. Support product development supplier selection in line with procurement policies, CHD end to end strategy. Set up supplier processes of management with selected suppliers for product development. As a member of the Engineering extended leadership team, develop and sustain CHD Engineering team to the highest degree of expertise, engagement, customer focus and achievement.


Who you are

  • Professional expertise at the level of a university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics or Mathematics or other applicable qualification
  • Additional MBA is preferred
  • At least 10 years of global experience in End User Software development preferably in the medical device world
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Software Development suppliers
  • Complex project Management experience, Program Management a plus
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills and experience in a multinational company
  • Demonstrated ability to work at international and strategic level
