PA Coordinator Market Access & Pricing and Government & Public Affairs

Your role: our Personal Assistant provides administrative support including diary and expenses management for the two directors, as well as travel support for the whole team. You will also liaise with vendors regarding MAP and GPA projects, consolidating project invoicing schedules with accurate PO detail. Other duties of the role include budget management, raising and tracking purchase orders, new vendor requests, invoice management, reconciliation of electronic accounting sheets and accrual management, events management, joint team quarterly meetings and support for company conferences, external roundtables, advisory boards and other stakeholder events and ad hoc project support. You will efficiently track spend for all cost centres, manage the team spend spreadsheet and provide monthly budget updates with finance. There is a Compliance element to the role, involving managing appropriate approvals and disclosure of patient group sponsorships, speaker agreements and honoraria payments, raising appropriate contracts in QC.

Who you are:

  • You will be a naturally pro-active person, who has the aptitude to learn the role quickly and anticipate needs to consistently support our directors.
  •  You will either come from an experienced PA background (preferably in a Life Science environment), or will be from a Life Science educational background, seeking your first step into a PA role.
  • You must be a highly effective communicator, as this role involves communicating with a range of stakeholders of varying levels of seniority and linking in with a number of different departments e.g. Finance, Compliance, Brand, Communications, General Operations Managers and more.
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to easily collaborate with a professional level of diplomacy.
  • You will display consistent attention to detail, with a ‘right first time’ approach and maintain confidentiality across all tasks.
  • Other key qualities of the ideal applicant are resilience, tenacity and determination to succeed.
