Country Head & Principle CRM, UKI

 

Your Role:  As Country Head and Principal CRM for the UKI you are accountable for ensuring that assigned CRMs adequately support clinical trial management activities of studies performed within their assigned country including global phase IV, local and/or regional trials of marketed products, registrational studies for local products, ISS and/or early access programs on the country level. You will be accountable for all aspects for the management of local and/or regional company sponsored studies, as well as Global Phase IV studies, including study plans, timelines, resources, allocation and management of product (re-) supply, problem identification and resolution, status reports and budget to ensure timely delivery of completed study reports to the project teams. You provide an interface with the local Medical Affairs organization and ensuring alignment on trial strategy. In this role you have the opportunity to lead and develop a team.
 

Who you are:

  • Medical and/or Life Sciences degree, with extensive experience in clinical research in a CRO, pharma or biotech company, preferably in a managerial position
  • Good country-specific knowledge and experience in clinical trial management and conduct 
  • Good knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable local regulations and requirements
  • Strong people management skills
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
