GSA Digital Business Consultant

The Role:


This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Strategic Organization. Acting as an entrepreneur, you will lead innovant Strategic Digital solution(s) increasing market shares and sales.

Armed with strong business expertise and communication skills, the Digital Business Consultant will support the development of an End to End web-based workflow within our Strategic accounts, becoming the one stop shop that helps the management of their spends through a differentiated digital platform that help customers reducing the ordering complexity and monitoring their inventory while offering the opportunity to secure and expand our business.


Responsibilities include:


  • Support GSA Directors in selling the solution with customers
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within our clients' organizations and be identified as a key strategic advisor to better leverage the Digital Solution(s).
  • Define the Digital Solution(s) playbook (approach, processes, best practices, and key metrics) to approach customers with this new Digital solution and successfully grow business.
  • Manage a portfolio of GSA customers with a clear focus on making these customers successful in their adoption and utilization of the Digital solution.
  • Partner with IT departments to pilot solution implementation and continuous enhancements
  • Establish commercial action plans that will allow your clients to maximize the performance of their Digital solution(s) from implementation through adoption.
  • Act as subject matter expert on change management initiatives with end-users.
  • Formulate Quarterly Business Reviews to key executive stakeholders outlining performance, opportunities for growth and potential blockers.
  • Building Strategic  relationship with other SaaS providers so as to be able to build a Joint GTM with them, experience in wheelable selling and or VAR selling relations would be an added benefit
  • Travel required to be on-site with the clients




  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree a plus!
  • Experience with eCommerce/eProcurement flows and procurement processes. Specific knowledge in scientific marketplaces is a plus!
  • Product Mgmt /Product Owner experience in a SaaS Product would be an added benefit.
  • Strong Technology Understanding of the navigating the sells cycle of of selling SaaS to regulated Fortune 500 Pharma companies. 
  • Management of IT stakeholders is a must
  • SAAS Sales experience strongly desired
  • Scientific background
  • Project management experience is a strong asset
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to present to executives, drive consensus, and champion change.
  • The ability to adapt to different company cultures and create solid business relationships with key stakeholders within our clients' organizations.
  • Ability to adapt and navigate large client organizations and create strong business relationships with client key stakeholders
  • Superior problem solving, systematic approach and analytical skills with ability to adapt


This role can be remote in Western Europe or US East-Coast
