Digital Sales Specialist/Sr. Digital Sales Specialist


Your role:

About Digital Sales

Digital Sales is a data-driven sales team that leverages different digital platforms to provide quick and targeted solutions to customers in Life Science industry.  The team drives growth strategy for research portfolio across different customer segments such as Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Academia and dealers.  The salesperson is responsible for the growth target in his/her territory through online communication channels including, phone, email, social media platforms and video, as well as occasional in-person customer visits.


Role & Responsibility

- Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets in specific regions

- Development of digital sales strategy and action plans

- Initiate sales key priorities and establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sale plans, schedule own activities to achieve the targets

- Differentiate customer experience and increase conversion rate from lead to opportunity

- Develops and maintains relationships with key accounts and strategic partners

- Provide value to customers

- Embraces digital tools and solutions


Who you are:

- Bachelor degree (Chemistry or Biology relevant), master degree in related field preferred

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Life Science industry with focus on Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Academia customers

- Digitally savvy and social

- Detail oriented with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

- Sound judgement and problem-solving competency in handling issues and leveraging the appropriate internal support functions to ensure customer solutions are driven in a timely manner and you can continue to focus on territory growth

- Demonstrated capability/experience in meeting/exceeding sales targets

- Accept travel arrangements, approximately 20% of work time

- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills
