Your role:

  1. Develop BM business in assigned territory and customers to achieve or exceed the sales goals and KPIs;
  2. Manage key customer relationship and develop brand awareness and reputation in the market with support from relevant supporting functions, like field marketing, application and service team, etc
  3. Manage distributors performance and help to set up annual plan for BM business, develop more new business opportunities in assigned territory, achieve sales target, avoid improper sales activities;
  4. Routine report for the daily business to management team timely and concretely, including all sales forecast, pipelines, team performance, distributor performance etc


Who you are:

  1. Bachelor degree or above in Microbiology, Biology, Pharmaceuticals or similar discipline;.
  2. At least 3 years sales experience in a similar position;
  3. MNC company sales experience is preferred;
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  5. Excellent market knowledge of the assigned territory, understanding of business opportunities and capability to have business plan developed and implemented;
  6. High confidence level, outgoing personality, highest level of integrity;
  7. Solid experience within pharmaceuticals industry desirable;
  8. Well organized and utmost customer service attitude.
