Commercial Assistant (F/M)

Your role:

 

Support sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, sales quotes, sales information management, product training and financing.

Track transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas and sales representative earnings.

 

Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.

  • Manage the target to keep or improve the Service Contracts Renewal rate (number of contracts/consumable turnover)
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
  • Work with all internal and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
  • Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
  • Identify wasteful or inefficient practices and other unnecessary expenses to maintain a strong profitability
  • Manage existing dashboards and run existing reports related to Service Contracts activity, Contracts to be Renewed, Contracts To be Processed, Contracts Awaiting PO (follow-up).
  • Maintain the SMAX accuracy of service contracts across all customers and locations.
  • For new contract quotations the FSS manages price calculation and MCS send the quotation.
  • Coordinate the renewal actions prior to contract expiring. Clean and update data.
  • Create the renewal quotations and process the contracts POs, agree on the follow-up action with AM/FSS/IS if contract will not be renewed.
  • Issue consumables and CSA quotations request by customers. Promoting CSA´s.
  • Follow up and renewing CSA´s.
  • Process BRQ´s.
  • MCS team manages the mail inbox.
  • Public tenders platform and Manage Service Contracts LW public tenders in collaboration with the MCS Manager and FSS

 

Keep service workflow aligned, by establishing proper connection with InHouse Service team.

The function is to support the Sales and Field Service organization. Register and/or process the contracts in Service-Max, follow-up of the renewals quotations.

 

Answering incoming requests (phone/e-mail/fax) from external customers.

 

Who you are:

 

  • Fluent in English and French
  • BTS or DUT in commercial assistant or equivalent
  • Able to integrate into a multicultural team
  • Organized, rigorous, focused on customer satisfaction
  • Autonomous and able to take initiatives, result oriented
