The Globalization Project Manager role supports the global RD organization in the design and execution of Regional RD COEs within Semiconductor Materials RD. The role reports to the Director of R&D Operations, supports all Business Fields and coordinates activities to support Regional RD Directors.


  • Site planning and project management for Regional RD COEs
  • Coordinate with local teams for site selection, permitting, and contracting
  • Coordinate with RD Safety Specialist and EQS to ensure all safety requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure infrastructure meets the requirements.
  • Determine capabilities / needs for each business field in each region.
  • Commission site for occupancy
  • Process owner for all RD CAPEX requests for approval.
  • Manage CAPEX budget & project timelines with regional project management resources
  • Align with Operations for site planning; align with business field key stakeholders for office, laboratory, clean room space. 


Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Civil or Mechanical Engineers
  • 5 – 10 years in project management for building construction and infrastructure
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preparing and managing CAPEX budgets
  • Excellent Communication skills
