Your Role:

In this role you will receive samples, coordinate issues, and move inventory at the facility. You will also support Planning & Logistics, Procurement, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing, QA, Maintenance, and QC Departments by receiving, storing and shipping GMP and non-GMP materials. Comply with GMP (FDA), financial (Sarbanes-Oxley), safety (OSHA) and applicable Federal/State guidelines for all departmental activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages the receipt and distribution of incoming GMP and non-GMP materials to ensure a seamless supply chain.
  • Samples raw materials and APIs, ensuring all documentation is submitted to QC or QA in strict accordance with ACM and SOP guidelines.
  • Quarantines incoming GMP materials in designated areas and relocates them to approved storage only after official QA release.
  • Coordinates sampling schedules with the QCL and Manufacturing departments and issues approved components using formal pick lists.
  • Conducts weekly inventory cycle counts and comprehensive annual physical inventories to maintain high data integrity.
  • Performs precise data entry for purchase orders, inventory transactions, and sales order fulfillments within the Computer Inventory System.
  • Acts as the Generator representative for hazardous waste shipments and maintains strict personal health reporting to protect manufacturing zones.
  • Independently leads non-standard projects and investigations to resolve compliance or financial discrepancies with minimal supervision.

 

Physical Attributes:

  • Work outside in various weather conditions and work in a loud manufacturing environment.
  • Lift up to 50-pound containers and be able to maneuver 100-pound containers for receipt and issuance activities.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree and 1+ years of supply chain experience.

OR

  • High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of supply chain experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP (ERP system) for inventory transactions, receipts and pick lists.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Experience utilizing proper aseptic techniques.
  • Forklift Driver certification.

 

Pay Range for this position: $22 - $34/ hour

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
