Your Role:
MilliporeSigma has an opening for a Materials Handling Lead for our Jaffrey, NH Site. In this role you will maintain a high level of accuracy while performing a wide variety of tasks involved with receiving materials, issuing material to production, storing material into inventory via hand storage and pallet storage. You will also help to ensure that all business objectives are being met and the MilliporeSigma standards are being upheld. This position is responsible for leading a team in the warehouse operation. This is an A shift position Monday- Friday 5:30AM – 2:00PM, with occasional overtime.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing a wide variety of tasks involved with receiving of materials, issuing material to production, storing material into inventory via hand storage and pallet storage.
- Lead, manage, and develop qualified staff to ensure effective execution of tasks, cGMP compliance, and to attain operational and development goals.
- Drive continuous improvement with a focus on reducing production downtime, developing effective capacity modeling to address future constraints, and improving overall materials efficiencies.
- Develop and implement standardized metrics that guide actions and promote continuous improvement.
- Plan, organize, lead, and participate in daily material handling operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
- Train, lead and evaluate the performance of assigned material handling employees; assign workloads to Material Handler workers.
- Performs all duties in a timely manner to meet production schedules and compliance with all applicable quality, safety and/or health standards and regulations.
- Maintains cooperative, professional working relationship with department personnel and interfacing departments.
- Maintain records of received goods and issued goods.
- Prepare data for computer input and works with computer printouts.
- Use Oracle and barcode scanners via WMS system.
- Perform cycle counts.
- Follows cGMP practices.
Physical Attributes:
- Lift up to 50 pounds individually.
- Lift up to 75 pounds as a team lift.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Strong desire to develop and grow by way of taking responsibility and engaging in additional tasks and operations.
- Proven strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high performing team.
- Manages in a complex, matrixed, and fast paced environment. Triage workload effectively to drive departmental focus.
