Your Role

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Distribution Operations Team Lead to serve as the primary liaison between our internal and external operations partners. This role ensures the efficient movement of materials, inventory accuracy, and compliance with shipping and safety regulations. In this role, you will also troubleshoot operational challenges, coordinate with the internal departments, and support training and process improvements. You may also need to operate warehouse equipment.

Physical Attributes

• Lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Work in warehouse environments with variable temperatures and potential exposure to chemicals.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, and chemical-resistant gear.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems, such as Oracle and SAP
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and hazardous material handling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, scanning technology, and shipping equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented
• Inventory Control Knowledge
• Knowledge of International and Customs paperwork.

Pay Range for this position: $28 -$44 per hour

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
