Job Responsibilities:
The U.S. Program Deployment Leader reports into the Integrated Supply Chain Excellence Organization and plays a key role in coordinating and leading the deployment of operational excellence programs within a region.
Duties include the following:
- Coordinate and lead the deployment of operational excellence programs in the U.S. Region;
- Work with manufacturing sites and regional/global leadership teams to implement standardized global plant architectures;
- Develop and lead implementation plans aligned with established standards in partnership with local, regional and global leadership teams, addressing gaps in a timely manner;
- Educate leadership teams to the established standard;
- Support change management communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure value creation; and
- Drive the alignment of master plans, oversee data collection and analysis, and collaborate with the ISCO Excellence team and external consultants to ensure a successful and sustainable implementation.
Telecommuting is an option.
Up to 70% domestic travel per year required.
Job Requirements:
Employer requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biotechnology, or a closely related field and five (5) years of progressively more responsible work experience
working with change management principles.
Additionally, employer requires the following:
- Demonstrated ability managing teams of both technical and non-technical personnel gained through at least three years of work experience;
- Demonstrated ability communicating at multiple levels within the organization to implement sustainable solutions gained through at least five years of work experience; and
- Demonstrated ability working in a regulated manufacturing environment with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 gained through at least two years of work experience.
All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
