Channel Evolution Specialist

Your Role:

Reporting to Business Operation & Innovation Director, you will work with other departments and functions to promote operational excellence through various means including metrics management, customer segmentation and targeting. You are involved in the design and implementation of the activity statements of the field forces, and conducting relevant trainings. You ensure the existing digital platform updated to be ready anticipating the market dynamic and maintain the implementation of Multi Channel Marketing accordingly and its integration to CRM systems and other digital platforms. Your role will include

a. CRM Management

  • Develop FFE KPI that drives the performances and monitor, analyze and ensure FFE (Field Force Effectiveness) KPI implementation on field and give preliminary recommendation to positively influence delivering sales targets, directly ensure CRM being properly used to monitor sales force activities, takes lead FFE initiatives and make sure the implementation process on the track
  • Well coordinate and alignment with other related functions in implementing the digital strategic plan with clear follow action and KPIs
  • Ensure the smooth MCM data (ie; RTE, Corporate emails, Webinar, others) to be integrated with high quality and provide the insight to improve the implementation and answering the business need and market dynamic
  • Responsible in specify project related to digital channel for customer engagement in coordination with Regional/ Global and other stakeholder
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination with APAC and Global CE organization and leaders.
  • Guides and influence peers, middle management as well as external customers, suppliers, distributors, agencies, in relation to the technical issues or project within your discipline.
  • Visit market & doctors and updating of the dynamic of pharmaceutical channels

b. Leadership

  • Leads projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or small teams within the team or interdivisional or cross-functional collaboration, as well as leading Digital project from Global/Regional
  • Responsible for self-adherence to the code of ethics prevailing for promotion of pharmaceutical products, Merck code of conduct, Best Marketing Practices
  • To report any Adverse Events, special situations or other related pharmacovigilance information according to the company procedures

c. MCM Analysis & Reporting Management

  • Monitor, analyze and ensure related digital KPI implementation on field and give preliminary recommendation to positively influence delivering sales targets, directly ensure CRM/MCM tools being properly used, takes lead FFE initiatives and make sure the implementation process on the track
  • Performance metrics which express the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales function are monitored, reported and analyzed to ensure actual performance is in line with strategic and business objectives.
  • Proactively develop and implement initiatives to improve the effectiveness of Field Force at work
  • Ensure the compliance of approved material uploaded / used in the CRM system
  • Recommend methods and techniques to improve analytical procedures for FFE KPIs within the department.

d. CBP Process Monitoring

  • Proactively involved in CBP process and to ensure best alignment of strategies, especially in terms strategy deployment which relates with FFE, market behavior and Company strategic planning
  • Coordinate with Marketing in develops comprehensive digital strategic align with each Country Brand Plan and convert into the Country Editorial Plan to have the overall Company digital strategy and campaign

 

Who You Are:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or related majors.
  • Minimum 4-years experience in Pharmaceuticals industry managing digital marketing, commercial and operational excellence.
  • Proven ability in multi channels marketing, CRM management and building strong digital strategy and campaign and developing SFE KPI.
  • Experienced in leading projects with diverse team members and effectively collaborating with global or regional stakeholders.
  • Strong in analytical and problem sensitivity to transform data and information for decision-making purposes.
  • Should be willing to take up challenges and go the extra mile to perform work responsibilities
  • English business fluent with demonstrated clear, concise, and effective communication with diverse audiences, both written and orally.
