Your Role: 

The Logistics Manager is responsible for the distribution, receiving, and material handling operations at the Lenexa, KS and Sinking Spring, PA sites. Role is based in Lenexa, KS with approximately 10% travel to Sinking Spring, PA. Team size is ~20 individuals with ~12 direct reports.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and cGMP requirements in all activities.
  • Lead, train, and develop staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily operations, including material handling, shipping, and receiving.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to distribution operations.

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Requires 5+ years of work experience in related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in distribution management or logistics operations
  • Experience working in a cGMP environment, preferably in Life Science or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain regulations and best practices.

 

Pay Range for this position: $123,000 – $190,800 

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.  This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; paid time off; and paid holidays; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
