Product Manager imMEDIAte ADVANTAGE & Custom Media Services

Your Role:

You will play a crucial role in actively driving our strong global growth in Bioprocessing Cell Culture and in turn contributing to accelerate access to solutions that improve health for people everywhere. As the new Product Owner, you are responsible for the strategic development of imMEDIAte ADVANTAGE & Custom Media Services portfolio in a highly attractive market. Based on your in-depth expertise and solid understanding of the bioprocessing market, customer needs and competitive activities you will drive the development of differentiated & innovative custom/ branded media capabilities & services. At the interface of science, business and operations you will work with interdisciplinary teams to define and implement your strategies, innovation and marketing plans.


You will bring proven scientific skills and experience in the field of upstream processing across application fields. You are especially familiar with cell culture media manufacturing processes and underlying supply chains, regulatory environment as well as related capability & service needs. Combined with commercial hands-on experience in the bioprocessing cell culture space, you are the ideal candidate.


You have strong analytical skills, leverage data to make fact-driven decisions and work in an agile manner. Your are a collaborative person, that vigorously pursues disruptive ideas and passionately negotiates conclusions with critical business stakeholders to jointly break from the status quo. Who you are:

Minimum qualifications:

  • A university degree in Life Sciences - Specialization in upstream biomanufacturing preferred
  • 5 + years in depth pharma / biotech with solid understanding of custom CCM supply and manufacturing processes and regulatory environment
  • Abilitly to drive complex capabilities, services development & launch programs incl. driving or collaborating with x-functional project teams
  • Strong business acumen, innovative thinking and curious, inclusive and collaborative mindset
  • Strong communication skills in English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Structured approaches and can-do attitude towards solving complex problems
  • International work experience
  • Willingness to travel globally 10-20%


This position can be Remote based
