Head of Data Culture

Your Role: Are you ready to drive transformational change and shape our data culture? As the Data Culture Lead you have the mandate to shape and drive the understanding and usage of data & analytics across the whole company. You will be responsible for continuing to bring a successful company-wide data science community to life and drive the conception and implementation of a state-of the-art Data & Analytics Academy. Using your broad experience, you will be able to conduct an as-is assessment of our upskilling efforts within the company, defining relevant target groups and respective skill levels and define a target-group-specific learning journey. With your passion for data science you will be able to have a major impact on the overall data culture and strategy in the short, mid and long term. Who you are:
•    Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (math, statistics, computer science, data engineering) 
•    Minimum 5-8 years of experience related to data & analytics 
•    Passion for Leadership and people development
•    Proven track record in building and driving data science communities and state-of-the-art capabilities
•    Experienced in working in a global matrix environment, lateral leadership and influencing senior stakeholders
•    Excellent team player who takes accountability and thinks cross functional 
•    Fluency in English
