Your Role: 

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Operational Technology (OT) systems that monitor and control industrial processes at the Madison, Wisconsin site in alignment with global IT and OT teams. A primary focus will be on integrating OT systems with corporate IT to ensure seamless data flow, interoperability, and compliance with global standards.

You will play a crucial role in modernizing OT infrastructure by transitioning legacy systems to advanced digital platforms and integrating essential OT systems such as SCADA, EBR, Data Historians, and LIMS.

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in OT system design or IT support and execution of digitalization projects
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of OT infrastructure design, software engineering, and IT security
  • Experience managing firewalls, storage devices, Active Directories, and physical networks
  • Hands-on experience in the configuration, installation, diagnosis, and maintenance of OT systems hardware and software
  • Basic project management skills, including planning/scheduling, budgeting, work progress tracking, reporting, and risk/issues management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams
