Customer Service Consultant

Your role:

Reporting to the Head of Customer Excellence, key responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer enquiries
  • Entering orders
  • preparing debits/ credits for the finance department,
  • resolution of all customer complaints,
  • making recommendations for improvements and implementation,
  • providing advice to customers,
  • supporting the external sales force,
  • supplying the customer with requested documentation such as Material Safety Data Sheets,
  • participating in projects when required

Who you are:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • previous experience in customer service
  • knowledge and / or qualifications of scientific, processes, products and customers
  • SAP experience would be advantageous
  • advanced computer skills
  • commercial acumen and market awareness
  • excellent interpersonal skills, with both written and verbal communications and negotiation
  • outstanding planning, organising and time management skills.
