Your Role:

In this role you are responsible for facilities and equipment maintenance.  Repair and maintenance of HVAC, building services, exhaust systems, and a wide variety of laboratory equipment. Following all safety and quality requirements, complete assigned work installing and maintaining equipment, facilities, and utility systems. 

Physical Attributes:

• Wear Personal Protective Equipment.

• Sit, stand, walk, reach above the shoulder, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch or crawl for long periods of time.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted. 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.  
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate Degree.
• Forklift experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent organizational and 6S skills.

Pay Range for this position: $21 - $42 / hour​

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
