Global Product Manager - Services f/m

Your role:


As Product Manager – Digital Services, you will lead the conceptualization to commercialization of Services based offerings within the Digital BioProcessing Product Portfolio. You will deliver innovative, high performance Service based products that are integrated with the core business offerings of BioContinuum™ Platform and the Bio4C™ Software Suite. You will have accountability for all activities associated with product life cycle management.

You will interact on a daily basis and develop strong relationships with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales as well as give those departments a clear and actionable marketing input and strong leadership.

You define the Digital Support & Services strategy and develop a service linked business model. You work with the product managers to align on the service delivery priorities for the product area.

You define the service delivery model and success criteria and work with key stakeholders in the service delivery model like WW Field Service, Systems Service Business Area, WW sales organization and manufacturing plants to align on the roles and responsibilities.

You follow Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measures like gross margin/revenue for existing services, customer service satisfaction/loyalty, service quality and support the product life cycle decisions to initiate activities for cost reduction, obsolescence, re-engineering.

You conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) to document and quantitate market needs, and translate customer requirements into Service Strategy.


Position based in Molsheim (67) and Meylan (38).

Who you are:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or Business
  • 5-8 years’ experience in product marketing role such as product management and field marketing is strongly preferred
  • Good understanding of the Digital Service delivery frameworks ( ITIL 4 foundation certified preferred)
  • Experience of defining Digital Product linked Service Delivery
  • Good understanding of digital technologies will be a big plus
  • Experience in life sciences or clinical diagnostics or similar industries, and specifically experience with the design and implementation of integrated automation systems
  • A background in cGMP testing requirements
  • Customer focused
  • 20% travel - including international
