Territory Data Analyst (M/F)

Your role:

 

Come join and strengthen the “Sales Incentive and Territory Management” team in a new role. We are responsible for maintaining the sales force's sales territories, providing them with their sales performance report, and calculating their commissions to contribute to further drive sales.

Working closely with our internal teams, you will be responsible to define, implement, optimize & maintain sales territory across multiple systems. More specifically:

Independently or working with 3rd party team, you administer and maintain territory changes annually or resulting from organization shift, as well as changes or territory maintenance activities throughout the year (i.e. maintain territory alignments, customer allocation…) in a timely manner and within set timelines to ensure territory and sales incentive payout quality.

You deploy and maintain of sales performance analysis tools in different platforms such as Tableau (visual analysis platform), SAP Business Intelligence and Palantir Big Data, thanks in particular to the use of predictive analysis methods to support the development of a management strategy focused on figures.

You research, study and analyze system or process related incidents reported, suggest and communicate resolution to key stakeholders.

You execute assigned project as needed and recommend and deliver process improvements.

You design and maintain appropriate documentation around Territory management.

 

Position based in Molsheim (Strasbourg Area).

 

Who you are:

 

  • Graduate degree in Business or Finance, with 3 years minimum of Business Analyst or Sales Controller experience Life Science, Pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in database (relational and file-based database) and reporting tools (SAP Business Intelligence, Tableau, and ideally Python)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint, and developing automated solutions and workflows
  • Rigorous analytics, sense of confidentiality, well-structured and disciplined
  • Comfortable working validating an analyzing data sets to ensure accurate sales crediting
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, high-change business environment
  • Ability to train/coach
  • Fluent English skills
