Process Technician

Your role:

Overall Objectives of the Position:

The main objective of the CCM/RTU Process technician are to keep all process can be fully understood and followed in the right manner as well as perform problem solving and process optimization in the effective and efficient manner in the workshop.

 

Main Tasks:

    Create and update process SOP and relevant process document

    Create and update production batch record and relevant SOP

    Follow up the execution of process procedure in the routine production

    Develop process training material for workshop training

    Lead process related deviation investigation, trial implementation and finish deviation report and CAPA action

    Support customer complaint investigation

    Statistic and analyzing process data for potential quality trend and process optimization opportunity

    Participate commissioning, installation qualification, process qualification of CCM/RTU equipment.

    Support process engineer for projects execution including material preparation, protocol draft and other related tasks

    Other duties required by the superior

 

 

Who you are:

    Education:

University or college graduate in chemistry, pharmaceutical, biology

    Technical & Professional Knowledge:

1.    Basic knowledge of typical secondary pharmaceutical process equipment e.g. filling line, autoclave, packaging line, IBC handling, dispensary, and media preparation system.

2.    Familiar with GMP requirement

3.    Good command in office software

4.    Good command in English and Chinese in writing and speaking

5.    Good teamwork attitude, initiative and hardworking, good communication skills
