Senior Expert Center & Workforce Management

Your role: This role supports the respective company Center Head in Manila in all strategic, conceptual and operational topics as part of a global and cross-functional team within the Strategy Realization Office. Responsibilities are:

  • Development of a center strategy as well as providing the center aspects for the overall strategy
  • Drive and coordinate the center organizational agenda with the leadership team
  • Support of consistent capacity management linked to workforce planning
  • Support and managing (in case of delegation) representation of the Center among internal and in general among external stakeholders
  • Manage local employer branding and positioning on local job market (e.g. job fairs, university programs) in line with internal and Global Communications
  • Execute and perform center strategy
  • Manage Governance-related tasks, e.g. the provision of documents, organization of meetings as well as compliance to company Corporate Governance activities (e.g. Information Security, Data Privacy and Retention, BCP (Business Continuity Plan) / DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), EHS)
  • Steering and aligning facility related tasks (e.g. constructions, refurbishment, site services & security)
  • Arbitration & escalation management: Providing center level arbitration and management of escalation processes

 

Who you are:

  • Sound experience in leading and/or working with cross-functional teams in Shared Service Center environment
  • Deep understanding of employee engagement and employer branding levers
  • Solid track record in managing complex projects
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
  • Fluent in English
