GSA SLS: PMO Digital Lead

Your Role: The SLS Global Strategic Accounts program involves working with our largest customers across the world. Growing the pipeline of strategic projects requires our direct digital channel to operate in the most optimised manner ensuring our portfolio of products have maximum exposure for the customer.

 

Your role will require project managing digital solutions working directly with GSA Team and their customers to enhance B2B connections, coordinating requirements with B2B and IT business partners internally which ultimately leads to successful implementation of enhancements. 

 

You will be responsible to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously and lead an efficient information flow between the GSA team, the organizational business partners and the customers. Your role will ensure that activities/milestones of key project deliverables are monitored, executed and reported to all stakeholders including project updates for customer reviews.  

 

Catalogue optimisation 

  • Act as the go-to person for any GSA-related hosted catalog escalations. 

  • Ensure timely implementation of GSA catalog updates 

  • Ensure catalog content fields are accurate and complete. Lead reviews with customer, customer feedback, customer complaints resulting from incomplete files or process issues. 

  • Coordinated process between various internal teams e.g Hosted Catalog Management, Pricing, B2B etc during implementation updates 

  • Metrics, tools to be developed to measure above activities. 

  • Proactive communication between GSA Directors, process teams, and customers as required. 

 

Ecommerce/B2B 

  • Assisting the B2B organization with coordination of new requests for B2B implementation, integration. Including communication, project management and process planning with key stakeholders. 

  • Review new and existing GSA platforms for strategic fit and optimisation. Lead customer discussions on current and future needs. Establish feedback loops to internal B2B team representing GSA VOC for B2B. 

  • Overview of GSA platforms in use, focusing on key sites per account. 

 

Digital Marketing  

  • Review GSA digital requirements for marketing, connect with required teams to implement needs in a timely manner 

  • Establish longer term processes where digital marketing needs can be processed internally, review who does what today internally and how ABM needs can be managed for GSA.

 

Please note that this role can be based anywhere in Western Europe and will be remote.

 

Who you are: 

  • Proven professional experience ideally in Pharma or Biotech industry 

  • Direct Customer relationship experience 

  • Extensive in-house knowledge and experience of working with B2B solutions, specifically with digital sales channel optimization. 

  • Proven experience of driving cross-functional projects or programs 

  • Strong influencer who demonstrates a collaborative work style focused on building trust and alliances with geographically dispersed teams  

  • Demonstrated capability to work effectively across a matrix organization 

  • Strong ability to synthesize and articulate, both verbally and through written correspondences, a vision, strategy and associated paths towards realization 

  • Expertise in strategy development and implementation is a plus 

  • Fluent in English (Other European languages a plus)
