Your role: We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join our team. The IT Business Partner will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies and objectives. This role will involve understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for technology solutions, and ensuring that IT projects meet business needs. The IT Business Partner will act as a liaison between the IT department and the business units for the following Therapeutic Areas:

• Local (US) Neurology and Immunology.
• Local (US) Oncology 
• Global Neurology and Immunology.
• Global Oncology 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and identify opportunities for technology-driven initiatives, with focus on Web activities. 
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and operations.
• Act as a consultant to business units, providing guidance on how technology can improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Work with the IT team to ensure that technology solutions align with business needs and priorities.
• Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies that support business goals.
• Provide input into the IT roadmap based on business needs and priorities.

Who you are:

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or in a similar role.

Preferred Requirements

• Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Web project management experience
