Your Role:

The Tissue Diagnostics business is a critical piece of the Diagnostics and Regulated Materials franchise and adds growth and profitability while serving a highly regulated, clinical market.


The Commercial Execution role is intended to drive completion of projects and initiatives within TDx. Robust analytical skills, cross departmental collaboration and organization combined with a focus on delivering results are key to success in this role.


Who you are:

An experienced project leader and proactive problem solver with strong interpersonal capabilities, passion for the customer as well as achieving commercial objectives.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years professional experience, clinical/regulated device experience preferred
  • Excellent listening and communication skills in English (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Some travel could be required

  • Proven strong interpersonal communication and written skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask optimally
  • Strong leadership, influencing and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple matrix organizations
  • Proven conflict resolution and decision-making skills
  • Team Player who is results oriented
  • Support the Tissue Dx Leadership Team on key strategic commercial projects, track success and drive implementation
  • Act as part of the Tissue Dx LT and encouraged to raise your voice, produce innovative ideas and make valuable recommendations
  • Leverage organizational change best practices to drive adoption of new processes across Tissue Dx
  • Collaborate with colleagues across DxRM, ISCO and RA/QA
  • Project management skills highly desired, marketing/business/strategy experience desirable but not required.
