Senior Regulatory Digitization Project Manager

Your role:


To lead and manage regulatory affairs digital ​projects, by creating efficiencies in managing compliance and product registrations through digitization; ​Acts as an interface between Regulatory and IT functions to ensure mutual understanding of an implementation of our digital projects. You are an expert in regulatory and digital solutions who delivers measurable impact to the organization by automating and optimizing existing operations and tools (cost/benefit analysis).


You will collaborate with our regulatory team, digital experts, IT developers, and data specialists to accelerate the use of digital assets related to regulatory subjects, best practices and solutions.


Assisting in driving cultural change by ensuring initiatives are leveraging agile techniques, design thinking, and digital solutions. Further develop and drive the Regulatory Digital Strategy in accordance with the departments overall approach & strategy.


Who you are:


Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 8 plus years, master’s degree with 3 plus years, or PhD degree required


Preferred qualifications:

  • Scientific degree with profound knowledge and experience in various digital technologies
  • 5 plus years of industry experience
  • Experienced in / understanding of medical device regulation
  • Project Management & Process Excellence
  • Process Improvement Skills (e.g. through Lean and Six Sigma Certification)
