Global Communications Manager

Your role: The global Communication Manager will be responsible for developing the communication strategy for Process Solutions Services (PSS) globally, while pulling through messaging from Life Science and Process Solutions.  They are accountable for the development and maintenance of communication channels, including but not limited to websites, videos, corporate messaging, global meetings, and blogs. The global communication manager will work with their communications business partners to execute programming within the PSS population, in alignment with Life Science Communications strategy and goals.  They will proactively coordinate and develop content to increase knowledge, awareness, and an understanding of the organizations mission while driving engagement.  Finally, they will develop and track analytics to measure success of the communications strategy and adjust plans as needed.

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, or English.  Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry and/or medical or science communications.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience with proven ability for content creation and development of multiple communication channels.
  • Action oriented with a high-level drive for results and perseverance acting in professional and positive manner at all time
  • Strongly goal oriented and self-motivated, capable of working with minimal direction
  • Strong knowledge of communication tools and web development
  • Strong presentation and speaking skills in one on one and group settings
