Your Role
In this role you will manage individual contributors within the Project Management Office to ensure a client centric relationship with clients, measured partly by accurate and timely service delivery.

 

You will focus on creating and instilling consistency and best practices' utilization within the team, but still balancing these standard methodologies with the unique needs of our clients. In addition, this role includes coaching, mentoring, and developing your team, providing guidance and performance feedback. This role also promotes clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Use metrics to drive actions, and review trends to make proactive changes.
  • Manage clients to support unexpected spikes in demand.
  • Take a proactive approach to all aspects of customer service.
  • Lead and support process improvement projects.
  • Support the complaint process

 

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing complex business, commercial, or operations projects in Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Expert level project/program management skills (e.g., resource planning,schedule management, critical path planning, project team communication, andrisk mitigation).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certificate (PMI or equivalent).
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and drive teams to collaborative solutions in a timely manner.
  • Action oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • People oriented, an experienced coach who excels at mentoring and coaching direct reports and stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator with ability to influence and lead a team of diverse stakeholders, including executives.
  • Effective in dealing directly with clients, operational teams, and commercial colleagues, globally.

 

 

Pay Range: $157,900.00 - 236,900.00

 

Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role, and are derived from relevant industry market data.  Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.  This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; paid time off; and paid holidays; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
