Darai un supporto di responsabilità alla Direzione Legale con competenza professionale e capacità di relazionarti con referenti esterni ed interni di elevata seniority; 

assicurerai sia l’organizzazione di tutte le attività che riguardano il Dipartimento Legale ed il suo direttore (attività amministrative, segretariali ed organizzative, agenda, trasferte, presentazioni, documentazione e reportistica) sia la segreteria societaria ed alcune attività più specificamente legali (redazione di verbali e minute, supporto nella predisposizione di procure ed impostazione di template contrattuali, ecc); svolgerai le attività di competenza in autonomia e proattivamente, con attenzione e responsabilità, al fine di garantire un supporto rapido ed efficiente.

 

Chi Sei

 

  • Diploma di Scuola Secondaria o Laurea (requisito preferenziale)
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in Direzioni Legali di aziende multinazionali o studi legali
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office e dei sistemi gestionali amministrativi (es. SAP)
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e integrità per assicurare riservatezza nel trattare dati confidenziali
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
