Product Manager Oncology

Your role: 

 

Within the Oncology Department you will be responsible for preparing and supporting the execution of new launches in Oncology according to pipeline in place. 
You will manage marketing activities like promo materials production and dissemination, promo and communication agencies management, competitors and market activities analysis, congresses participation, to achieve product objectives, business planning (iCBP production, review and update). 
You will be responsible for monthly review of sales and supply forecasts. In relations with global you will contribute to the maintenance and development of relationships with the Global Strategic Marketing structure.

 

Who you are: 

 

  • 5 + years of demonstrated pharmaceutical marketing experience (Oncology or otherwise) in 1 of the following 3:  Local, Regional or Global level
  • Experience in Oncology, preferably in solid tumors or experience in other scientific complex indications 
  • Previous local launch experience required
  • Successful design and implementation of strategies with an ability to define a clear path in a complex environment, utilizing strong analytical skills to navigate through complex challenges, overcoming areas of ambiguity and deliver well thought out business solutions to seize opportunities for business growth
  • Ability to translate concepts and methodologies to multiple countries  
  • Knowledge and application of business planning and leadership principles, such as data analysis, goal setting, action plans, monitoring tools, directive and supportive techniques to develop and implement action plans
  • Exceptional business acumen, with deep customer insights and grasp of complex analytics required including market planning and business intelligence with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics 
  • Leadership Experience is a plus
  • English and Italian fluent
